With over 40 years of experience in real estate, starting in the late 1970s, combined with over 28 years of experience as a business owner of multiple entities in the high tech communications fields, manufacturing, farming, investing, and property management fields, combined with over 22 years of sales teaching and training, Michael can provide you with the knowledge, skills, and ability to walk you through the most complex transactions while giving you the honesty and integrity that you deserve. From his days of working as a teenager for his dad's executive jet aviation business, he knows what service means to you as a client and he strives to give you the best. No call goes unanswered, and no email or text goes unopened. Communications and timeliness are what Michael lives by. These skills were instrumental in Michael’s being named in the Washington Post, as the agent with the largest residential real estate sale in the Washington DC region in 2013 at $12,000,000 and again in 2017 with the largest non-waterfront sale in Virginia at $12,500,000.

Living in Northern Virginia since 1982, along with his wife of 41 years, where they raised their three kids, Michael is extremely familiar with the area. His youngest daughter, Ashley, has been an integral part of his Real Estate Team, The Anastasia Group, since 2013. When not working, his family enjoys the times spent in their homes in Vermont and Georgia. However, having lived in so many places, he still thinks that this is the greatest area of the country, in which to live.
