Michael is Founder & Principal of Capital Brokers Group where he negotiates real property transactions for distressed / REO properties, instructs trainees and oversees CBG's operating practices. His expertise lies in rapid development methodologies, project estimation, construction practices, performance based marketing, system integration and third-party contract management. Whilst in University, he entered CRE and RESI Property Management as a Commercial Project Manager for a privately held Professional Corporation in Atlanta. After earning his BS, BA and Masters, he completed his professional education at the Lee Institute School of Real Estate in Boston, thereby joining the largest Residential Brokerage Firm in New England as a licensed real estate Agent and Broker. As a member of numerous National, State and Local associations, Michael speaks on CRE Development matters and serves on various Public Policy, Consumer / RA, Community Service and Affordable Housing Committees, respectively. He has published in various academic journals including the prestigious National Academy of Sciences where he co-authored a genetic mapping study.
