Michael Ashe is the founder, CTO & CMO of ALLOT REALTY ™. He’s an avid consumer advocate, serial entrepreneur and visionary business developer with over 35 years experience in the areas of residential real estate, distressed real estate investments with short-sale designation along with consumer credit and mortgage finance expertise. He brings forth tremendous knowledge regarding Mortgage Finance, Federal Lending Laws and Regulations, Real Estate Transactions, Transaction Negotiations, Web & App Development, Internet Technology and Online Marketing including High Ranking Search Visibility known as (SEO & SEM). He’s also been successfully engaged in the Mobile Communications industry.

During the 2008 - 2012 real estate meltdown and mortgage crises, Michael was instrumental in challenging many of the large national and regional financial institutions for Mortgage Fraud and Mortgage Securitization for defense and protection against Foreclosures being carried out by mortgage servicers who knowingly had absolutely NO RIGHT to foreclose on unprepared and legally disadvantaged consumers. When he conducted the Securitization Audits, he identified the facts that the notes and the deeds had been separated and had taken distinctly separate paths. “Wall Street”. Michael indicates, “The law is CLEAR. The Foreclosing party must establish Valid Debt & Be the Holder of the Debt”.

Regardless of the industries he’s served, Michael’s passion and mission in life has always been, and will always remain to protect and serve consumers ethically and economically. He’s lived in Oak Park, CA since 1973 and he knows the Conejo Valley like no other.
