I highly recommend Michael for his expertise and knowledge of the Sacramento area home market. Michael was recommended as a realtor by a friend for my semi first home purchase. I had owned a place about 15 years ago and didn’t remember much about the process. Michael was able to educate me on what to expect and prepped me for next steps along the way. We connected with him after he was referred by our Loan processing broker to help us find a house, and we're so glad we did! As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties about the process. Michael was always accessible to answer our questions and schedule a viewing, and he demonstrated his expertise and experience countless times throughout the process.

We told Micheal about our home and preferences and he stuck to our guidelines. We loved that he knew about the area and could advise us on what was a good deal or not. We also appreciated that he communicated with seller realtors and got an idea about offers and negotiable items.

With his guidance and knowledge about the market environment, we closed on the first house we made an offer on, despite the competitive environment. I highly recommend Michael as your realtor, and will definitely hire him again for any home buying/selling needs in the future.

I strongly recommend Michael Austin Real Estate. Mike helped our family get not just one but two homes. His knowledge of the process was fantastic. We even decided not to go through with two homes when we found terrible inspection reports. When this happened, Mike wasn’t disappointed or pressuring us to complete the sale. instead he was our advocate to get out of the deals and find something that was high quality.
