TRIUMPH REAL ESTATE was not born seven years ago. More accurately, it was born 37 years ago. As principals of Triumph, we have been practicing the “I CARE” approach to real estate since we were children. Growing up in Chicagoland’s Rogers Park and Oak Lawn neighborhoods, we worked along side our dads cleaning up apartment buildings, managing retail stores, and shoveling snow off of parking lots. This early introduction to hard work, honest dealing and attention to detail was the foundation of our passion for real estate.

We are not late-night, “no money down” real estate “tycoons”. We are the real deal: “I CARE” professionals.

In school, as honor students, we were trained to be detail-oriented and highly demanding, both of ourselves and others. After college graduation, we went to work at LaSalle and Harris Banks. By day, we lent money to local companies, developers and real estate investors; by night, we applied this learning to increasingly larger real estate deals. After fifteen years of working with major financial institutions, participation in thousands of financing projects, and working for other real estate developers, we knew we could do it better. TRIUMPH REAL ESTATE was born.
Though TRIUMPH REAL ESTATE has experience with out-of-state and commercial properties our focus and passion is family homes here in Chicagoland. We have been involved with single family homes in Glencoe, Willowbrook, Riverside, Lindenhurst, Western Springs, Darien, Elgin and Burr Ridge. TRIUMPH REAL ESTATE is a fully licensed real estate brokerage agency with a niche in condominium and townhome development. After working for others on numerous projects we worked on Waterfall Glen Condominiums in Darien, the Townhomes of Violet’s Farm in Darien.
