Laura was great to work with, She kept me up to date on every step of the process. We talked or emailed almost daily. When it came time to close on the house she fought to make sure the proper repairs were made by the previous home owner. Professional company and proactive to keep the client happy and informed.

Mike is a pleasure to work with. Exceptional professional with a wealth of knowledge about the real estate industry and the condition of properties. This really helped me determine which property was the best buy overall. He would immediately point out items that needed repairs, provide high-level cost estimates, and connected me with a great home inspector. This really helped to negotiate the sales price. I felt prepared and confident submitting offers and ultimately making a purchase. I ended up with an amazing property. Mike even stepped in when my bank dropped the ball in the middle of a deal. He was able to connect me to reliable banking solutions to keep the deal going. He save the day. After I moved into my new home, Mike continued to check in with me and shared resources that saved me time and money.
