Michael Bergman

Michael Bergman owns various entities that manage residential and commercial rental properties across North Carolina. Originally established by his grandfather in the 1940s, the business was later expanded by his father. After his father’s early passing, Michael assumed leadership of the business, focusing on its operations and growth, which continue to be solely funded by the Bergman family's capital.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance from East Carolina University. During college, he began building his own real estate portfolio, leveraging his lifelong exposure to real estate investing and construction. His entrepreneurial experience led him to flip and build new homes, which ultimately inspired him to become a cofounder of National Home Corporation.

Today, Michael is dedicated to the homebuilding industry, channeling his passion into the growth of National Home Corporation.
