We worked with Michael to buy a home. We first met him a year before we were ready to purchase, and that first year he was patient and responsive to our questions. When we decided we were ready to start looking in earnest, he used his knowledge of the area and his life experience to help us filter down to the homes that were a good match for us as a family. Finally, when we started to make offers, he used his expert negotiating skills and trusted relationships with multiple sellers’ agents to quickly arrive at a fair price (or know when to move on, because we weren’t going to get one).

We highly recommend working with Michael for your home search (and he’ll be the first one on our list when we sell!).

Michael is really an amazing real estate agent, but he is really way more than that. We are moving across the country and honestly, I cannot imagine how we could manage without Michael. He is always available. He gives excellent advice. Usually brokers only care about selling. Michael cares about what your family wants, and he will discuss pros and cons. But the main thing is, he is just a good guy and you can trust him!

My husband and I have bought and sold several homes and I can say that this particular selling experience (with Michael and his team) was WAY above and beyond the norm.

It was a relief that phone calls and e-mails were returned quickly, our home was cared for and protected as potential buyers browsed and any questions or concerns we had were handled with the utmost diligence and professionalism.

The sale of our home was difficult but Micheal’s passion for excellent service made the process so much easier.

Despite what people say, buying or selling a home doesn’t have to be a nightmare. You just need an honest, hard working crew on your side.

I would consider Micheal’s services to be the concierge of home buying/selling…almost like shopping at Nordstroms!

I am overwhelmed by the process of trying to decide which realtor to hire because there are so many out there. Having a knowledgeable and responsible one that knows the trends, your homes value, how and when to list your property and most of all, the negotiating process are the most important things and qualities a realtor should have, especially if you want to sell your home. The paperwork process is also tedious and Mike has that covered to.
Michael has all of the above and more. Most importantly, which you can't teach.... he is patient! We listed and re-listed our home 3 separate times in 3 months because we were so uncertain about selling. Michael was patient and never once made us feel bad or was angry with our indecisiveness. Not only did we sell our house we got far more than expected and the entire process went seamless from beginning to end. His partner Julie Han was excellent too. When it's time to buy our new house there will be no questions about who to call. Mike!

Many realtors will boast of being "the best" when they are asking for your business, Michael Bilicki won my confidence early and then proceeded to earn the title "best realtor I have ever worked with"!
I am no stranger to real estate transactions having bought my first property 50 years ago, so whenever I called Michael to ask about certain aspects of the sale, he was always a step ahead of me, aimed in the right direction. He is highly pro-active and informative every step of the way. Michael called/texted/emailed me far more than I expected. The sale and all of it's twists and turns were no mystery to me because I was always completely informed. As a closing comment, the real estate agent that represented the buyer of our home we sold through Michael, is a very aggressive, over-bearing, and intimidating person who tried to get an upper (and unfair) hand on us through Escrow. Michael caught the tricky verbiage that she used in her counter-offer and polity and professionally
refused to subject his client to that risk factor....she was furious that she was unsuccessful. Michael is special in many ways. Please use him and see for yourself what "Best Realtor" really means to you. Michael sold our home in less than a week for a very fair price.
