Michael Booe

He is a third-generation Charlottean, born and raised in the Queen City. Growing up in the South Park area, he attended Charlotte Country Day and Charlotte Christian School before graduating from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After college, he moved to Los Angeles where he worked in the television industry for 12 years, decorating sets for TV shows and commercials. After years in California, he felt called back to Charlotte by a desire to live in the city where he could envision happily raising a family and pursuing a career in real estate. Having watched Charlotte grow over his lifetime, he is excited by the city it has become and even more excited about the direction in which we are headed. He remains in tune with the ever-changing culture of our city and the developing landscape of restaurants and attractions that different parts of town have to offer. Finding the right home is important but it is also essential that a buyer find the community that suits their needs.

Growing up with a mother in the mortgage business, he was familiarized with the loan process at a young age. He prides himself on being able to set first-time homebuyers at ease and giving his buyer-clients the resources they need, from initial loan qualification through closing. He is readily available to his clients and can give them the service they need to remain confident throughout their transaction. He believes that purchasing a house is not only providing your family with a home, but it also has the potential to be your greatest financial investment. As a real estate investor himself, he focuses on many of Charlotte's growing areas and their investment potential.

He is an avid skier and spend as much free time as possible on the slopes in the winter. In the warmer months, he enjoys playing tennis with friends and riding his motorcycle throughout the scenic country roads outside of Charlotte. He loves checking out the newest restaurants, cheering on the Panthers, and taking in a concert at one of Charlotte's many local venues.
