Michael Bouras serves as a Senior Associate for Stream’s Multifamily group, based in Southern California. Michael specializes in advisory consulting and the acquisition and disposition of multifamily income properties, specifically assets located in Orange County and the surrounding Los Angeles County markets.

Prior to joining Stream, Michael was with Colliers International, where he helped grow and expand one of the largest multifamily brokerage teams in Southern California.
