Michael Boutte, had perfect timing. He approached me as I was cleaning out the house, introduced himself and asked if I was interested in selling the house. It just happened that I was planning on putting the house on the market. Michael appeared friendly and knowledgeable about the house and market conditions, so I gave him the listing. He was quick to provide the necessary paper work and list the house. He surveyed the house and helped fix a leaky water pipe in the front of the house. The house was quickly listed and sold in less than a month in a down market at full listing price, which was set above market prices!
