I reached out to Keller Williams because we needed an agent to assist us in the sale of our home. Michael called me back immediately and we met with him and the Piano team that evening. Based on that meeting, we knew that Michael and the Piano team, with their proven track record of success and market knowledge were the real estate team for us. During our initial meeting, he suggested a few things that we needed to do to prepare our home for sale. The changes were daunting, but he asked us to trust the process and we are glad that we did. Those changes increased the value of our home. Once our house went on the market, we had multiple offers within days and ABOVE the asking price. Michael was a true professional, patient and calm. There were times when I was stressed, and he listened. He checked in on a regular basis to see how I was doing. Not one phone call, text or email went unanswered, he responded immediately. Michael is amazing. He’s an expert and overall kind human being. He was a patient advisor which was good for my indecisiveness.
