After my mother-in-law passed away, we had the task of selling her 9 year old home. We had two realtors from other companies look at the house and property. We did not care for the personality of the one, and the other priced the home much lower than we expected and mentioned that the location was not the best. Mike stopped by one day to ask when our yard sale was, and during our conversation I learned he was a realtor. I asked if he'd like to look at the place. From the very beginning we realized that we wanted Mike to put our house on the market. Not only was her personable, but very professional. He was on top of things the entire time the house was on the market. He also went the extra mile to offer to help us with anything else we needed, not just things related to the sale of the home. We appreciated his expertise and helping us to sell the home in a relatively short amount of time.

Mr. Braddock appeared to be very knowledgeable of the market and available homes. Mike was available whenever we called to set up a showing. My wife and I are excited to finalize our purchase of a new home. It was a little overwhelming buying our first house, but Mike has made this process less stressful than we expected.
