I am a long-term real estate agent based in Jacksonville, FL and a highly experienced property manager with over 15 years of property management experience. My focus went from primary home buyers to investors, as I now almost exclusively work with investors from newbie to experienced and from local to out-of-state/country. My past roles as a Residential Property Manager has lead me to my current role, for I have the knowledge and experience to identify what investors are looking for.
In 2021, I partnered with Thirdstone Properties. At that time we were managing ~70 properties. We quickly grew this portfolio to over 325 properties under management by the end of 2022 through client acquisitions and management transitions.
