I had the pleasure to work with Michael while I was looking for a commercial property in 2023. Michael did an excellent job understanding my need and did a lot of due diligence to make sure that the property he was proposing was fitting my needs. His responsiveness and attention to the details allowed me to build a strong trusting relationship with him and eventually secure the property that really fit our needs. He’s extremely friendly at personal level and also extremely professional with the right kind of attitude. I couldn’t ask for more from a realtor and also a good friend who was always ready to answer my questions at any given time.

Michael, who we worked with predominantly is an absolutely stellar human being (first) and best in class realtor we’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. Strategically and ethically working through every aspect of our home purchase with our buyers agent and skillfully listing our home for sale. He and his team responded to every question, instance, or even what if scenario we could consider. We worked together to plan to mitigate any potential risks, understand our options then make the best informed decision. We never felt like we weren’t their only clients with the time, attention, responsiveness and follow through. It was our privilege to work with them.

Michael is an incredible Real Estate Agent and an even better human being. I really appreciated how low pressure and honest Michael is when showing properties. You can tell that he is interested in making sure his clients are happy and have a situation that works for them rather than just making a buck.

He is extremely knowledgeable and will always give you pragmatic and accurate timelines which I really appreciate. He a high degree of integrity and works with some of the best, his whole team was amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend that you use Michael as your agent, you will not be disappointed!

We will be referring any friends or family in the area to do business with him in the future as well as asking him for any moves that we make, he's our go to guy!

Michael has been a great resource for us and has helped us purchase both investment properties and our main homes. His attention to detail and his ability to listen to our needs is one of his greatest strengths. He treats us like family and wants the home buying and selling processes to be stress free.

We met Michael randomly at an open house he was hosting and immediately knew he was the right realtor for us.
He’s a great communicator, quickly follows through with what he says he’ll do, and has a deep, solid understanding of the Portland real estate market. He’s backed by a strong team with lots of experience so we always felt confident in Michael’s guidance throughout the home buying process. Mike was a huge help throughout our buying process! My wife and I were looking for something very specific that took us over a year of active searching to find. Mike was very patient and supportive along the way, consistantly providing listings that closely matched our criteria. We finally found the perfect house and he was immediately engaged with all parties involved to make sure we didn't lose the home to other buyers. Mike helped us find the perfect home. So perfect in fact that we've been living in it for 18 years! He would come to us with lists of homes and patiently show them to us. Along the way always pointing out the pros and cons of each place we visited. When we finally found 'the one' Mike handled the transaction smoothly. We've recommended Mike to friends and family multiple times over the years and every engagement has been positive. If we ever move (and some day we will) it's a no brainer that we'll be calling Mike first thing!

When my husband and I wanted to move back to the Portland area, Michael was recommended through a friend's realtor. Our experience with Michael has been exceptional. From our first home to our current home, we continue to reach out to Michael because of his ability to juggle multiple clients but making you feel like you are the top priority. I truly don't know how he does it, because the process can be super stressful, and knowing he is handling the offers puts our minds at ease. If we plan to move again in the future or invest in additional properties, Michael will be who we call!
