Working with Mike Cappadona is like working with a friend rather than a real estate agent. Mike is very personable and easy to talk to. Whenever I texted or called or emailed him, he responded very quickly. IN JUST 15 DAYS Mike helped us score a move-in ready condo allowing us to end our apartment lease on time and become home owners again. It would have been even quicker, but the sellers took longer than we all expected with their decision, despite Mike's constant contact with the seller's agent. Buying for the first time in MA, I really appreciated how Mike recommended a fantastic lender and wonderful attorney, which made the home buying process less stressful. Buying a home is nerve-wracking, but every time I would have little anxiety attacks Mike would be there for me and have the right words to calm me down. Mike’s promptness, knowledge of the market, kindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I would definitely recommend Mike Cappadona as a realtor!
