Michael Chase

Michael J. Chase joined NorthMarq in 2012 as part of their acquisition of the former Q10|New England Realty Resources, where Michael had been a team member since in 1999. His experience includes lending at both the regional and national levels, and his expertise encompasses all phases of debt and equity financing from construction to acquisition and from joint venture to mezzanine.
Michael has been involved in the placement of over $2 billion in capital for commercial real estate both in New England and nationwide.
Michael is a designee of the CCIM institute a registered Notary Public and a licensed real estate salesperson in MA. He is active in the NE CCIM Chapter, REFA and AREAA Boston.
