Like many home buyers I started my new home search on the internet. Michael Clayton noticed my activity on his web site and contacted me about my inquires. I was initially reluctant to start working with a realtor since my family was moving from out of state and our timeline was uncertain. However, Michael was patient and professional, he sent me listing over time and I never felt pressured. When time came to make a purchase decision, I really felt Michael was working hard to make sure the deal when smoothly for us. I was most impressed with Michael's knowledge of the area, he provided information that was helpful to my family in our home purchasing decision and will be useful as we familiarize ourselves with the community.

When my husband and I decided to sell our current home and start searching for a new home we registered at Homes.com. Shortly after registering, Michael contacted us to inquire about our current home and what we were looking for in a new home. Shortly after, Michael had our home listed and we found our new home. Not to mention, the day after we closed on our new home we had an offer on our old home! I highly recommend Michael Clayton, best realtor in the Huntsville area.

Homes.com Review

First, we rented in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Then, we owned. Then we moved to Seattle, Washington... and rented again. After all the renting and moving, I am pleased to say that we have immersed ourselves in all the work and care that comes with owning a home once again. This time, in Huntsville, Alabama. My mother and I met realtor-extraordinaire, Michael Clayton, in Huntsville to tour a list of houses my husband and I liked best out of the (what felt like) thousands we previewed online. He graciously spent the majority of his weekend driving us around Northern Alabama, as we oohed and aahed over the bright white cotton fields and the blue, cloudless sky. He even stopped so we could get pictures of a cotton field, and picked a couple bolls for us Yankees to take home. Michael was personable, knowledgeable and went to bat for us when it came down to negotiating a deal. (On an interesting side-note, we learned that Mr. Clayton is a descendant of John Hunt, founding father of Huntsville himself!) He was the best and we'd happily recommend Michael Clayton to anyone looking for a pleasant home-buying experience.
