Michael Cobb

As Managing Director of Colliers’ Maine office, Mike's responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations in the office and fostering continued growth and market share in the state of Maine. He specializes in many sectors of commercial real estate including office, industrial, retail, and investment sales. His previous experience in residential real estate has translated well to multifamily and mixed-use investment properties. Mike became a licensed real estate professional in Maine in 2007, but he grew up with a father in residential development and has really been around it his whole life. He has extensive experience in client negotiations, as well as a background in construction, project management, and land development. Prior to joining Colliers, Mike was a partner at Cardente Real Estate. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Finance from Eckerd College. In his early years, he attended Cheverus High School, where he developed strong networking and personal ties to the Portland community. Mike resides in Portland with his wife, Ali, and maintain strong relationships with both alma maters.
