Mike has over $250 million of real estate and counting. He started his career in 2002 at a local Century 21 office, where he was recognized as one of the top 10 agents for production in Eastern New England and worked on one of the top two teams for production in the region. Mike received many awards for production and commitment to his clients, including numerous Centurion Awards, Double Centurion Awards, and a Centurion Honor Society Award.

Because Mike understands Greater Boston's housing stock like no other, he continues to live up to his reputation as the most versatile and dynamic broker in his market. From luxury and historic properties to more challenging buildings, he is able to effectively market and sell any kind of property for top dollar and under the best terms possible. An experienced landlord, he is also able to provide valuable insight about investment properties for his seller and buyer clients.

Entrepreneurial vision, optimism, and the love of honest selling are in Mike’s blood. He is the great-grandson of Russian and Ukrainian Jewish immigrants who came to New England with not much more than hope and a fiercely independent spirit. Starting out as rag pickers and peddlers, they soon grew permanent and successful businesses.

Mike grew up in New Hampshire and went to UNH and then Suffolk Law School. In Boston, Mike met his better half, Lisa Schoenberg (now Lisa Cohen), a smart and community-oriented person with a heart of gold. Mike and Lisa live in West Medford with their beautiful daughter Dalia in a saltbox colonial that constantly needs work.
