I usually don’t take the time to write a review, but there are times that someone or somewhere takes extraordinary steps and succeed at their job so well that I feel it is necessary. Michael Cole of Remax Eastern was recommended to us by a family friend, we used him to sell and purchase a house in Philadelphia at the same time. Michael goes the extra mile to do what has to be done, always answers a text or phone call, will not go to sleep until he knows there is nothing else for him to do that night. He is very personable, knows Philadelphia like the back of his hand, and is one hell of a Realtor. His knowledge of the real estate market allowed us to go into the entire (stressful) process of selling/buying a house with no high hopes or heartbreak and minimal stress! He knew right from the day we met him what our house would “approximately” sell for based on the current market value (he was exactly right by the way) and what we could afford on a new house purchase based on our monthly income. I knew nothing about Real Estate before I met Michael, but after spending time and speaking with him I feel like I am now an expert and have already passed advice and knowledge he gave to me to friends and family. I already gave his contact number to neighbors and friends who are considering selling or buying with no hesitation. If you are in the market to buy or sell in Philadelphia or surrounding areas you would be a fool to at least not speak to Michael first.
