Michael Costanza

Michael Costanza is a 28 year Realtor / Broker veteran.

His lifelong love and career in Real Estate began at a young age as he purchased his first investment property at the age of 18.

While a freshman at the University of North Texas, he opened a property management company with his sister and procured over 1,000 residential, multi-family and commercial properties located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

During this period, Michael with three partners opened and operated Century 21 First Commercial, one of the first commercial Century 21 franchises in the nation.

Michael’s early experience includes extensive property management, commercial construction, development and residential construction. Michael has completed dozens commercial projects for companies such as State Farm, Fox and Hound, Tuesday Morning, GNC, Sally’s Beauty Supply and many others. He has also completed over one hundred residential property flip projects and new construction projects for clients and himself.

In addition to Michael’s Texas Real Estate Commission Brokers License; he currently holds a Texas Insurance Commission P&C License and a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations Property Tax Consultant License.
