07/08/2015 - MarlaEss Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Addis, LA. The Cotten's were a joy to work with. Very professional and very practical. They told us what to expect and the selling of the property was not painful at all. *There were a few hiccups, but that was on this seller's side of the relationship :) Our house sold quick - the paperwork was done speedily and the overall process was a breeze. The Cotten's are a great pair to have on your side when you are going to sell (or buy or rehab to sell) and I would recommend them over and over again. When we are ready to sell our current home, we already have have our realtor's number in our phone. Of course, it's Mike and Meagan Cotten!

Very attentive to my needs, especially considering the fact that I lived 700 miles from the home I was selling. My home sold for a modest price, so would not command a large commission. In spite of that, they gave me the same level of attention as I would expect for a far more lucrative sale. Home sold quicker than I feared. Act of sale was a breeze. I was very pleased!
