Michael Crovo

Michael Crovo is an award-winning luxury real estate expert whose market savvy and ambition have led to a remarkable level of success at a young age. In 2019, he closed over $60 million in sales and, for the fourth time, won the New Jersey Realtors' Circle of Excellence award, which recognizes top sales performance. In 2020 Michael sold $11,750,000 oceanfront recording the largest sale in Stone Harbor and Avalon for that year. Then in 2021 Michael was credited with the 3rd highest residential sale at $13,100,000 in New Jersey and again the highest in Stone Harbor and Avalon.

A member of the Beach to Bay team at Compass, Michael focuses on the secondary home market, primarily oceanfront and investment properties in Avalon, Stone Harbor and Sea Isle City. His clients value his vast expertise in this market, as well as the immense calm his amiable attitude and patience add to each transaction. Michael is responsive and service-oriented, and he excels in both guiding buyers and positioning homes for profitable sales. Michael grew up in Vineland, New Jersey, and has been visiting the Jersey Shore his whole life. When not hard at work, he volunteers with the Boy Scouts and spends time with his friends, family and two cats.
