Michael Day

Michael is the Managing Broker in the Old Town Alexandria Office. He has been in this position since 2007. Michael feels his role as a Managing Broker is to support the agents in many aspects in the real estate business, and to ensure that the client's needs are paramount. He understands the importance of helping agents develop their business through business and marketing planning creation. He also coaches the agents in lead generation and strategic negotiation.

Education is priority within the real estate industry. Michael is a certified Moseley pre-licensed instructor, and is also licensed to teach pre-licensing with DPOR. Since 2015 , he has lead the New Agent training within the firm. He writes, schedules and teaches "Foundations," the classes offered to new agents by McEnearney. He also teaches many of the continuing education classes and workshops offered internally to support the educational mission at McEnearney.

Michael is an Associate Broker in Virginia and DC. Michael has earned an MBA from Marymount University in 1999. In addition to being a Top Producing agent with McEnearney, Michael has owned and operated a property management company.
