Everyone always talks about how stressful the home buying process is, but that was not the case for us whatsoever. Wow. Mike Depalma #The 🐐....It would take to long to tell all the details here, but why waste your time with another realtor. It was crunch time. I was stressed out with only a little hope. Than Mike asked for the ball with seconds on the clock. Like Jordan in his prime he pulled off the Trifecta. Miracle is an understatement.
When crunch time came Mike took on the challenge Like a champ. All seriousness though I should have went with Mike from the beginning, but I wasted months with another realtor. Learn from other people's mistakes. Mike , Dom and Deb deserve more praise than I can give them. I can't thank you guys enough. It wasn't easy, but you guys made it look easy........

If I can give my realtor Michael more than a 5 star rating I would. As a first time homebuyer, I was stressed and nervous because I didn’t know what to do or how to begin. I was literally requesting tours on Zillow and meeting different realtors which was stressful until I met Michael. I remember the first time I received a call from Michael for a house that I requested a tour for on Zillow, and finding out that it was actually for a 55+ community. I remember in that first call Michael had asked me if I had a realtor for NJ and if not, then he could be my realtor. Of course I said yes and honestly, I am so happy that I did because from that day forward everything changed. Michael is soo helpful, understanding, and honest when it comes to his first time home buyers and also with any buyers. Once you tell him what you’re looking for, he will send you a bunch of homes that matches exactly what you told him and around the budget you gave him which is VERY HELPFUL! If you’re wanting to have an honest, open, dependable and trustful realtor, I’d suggest/recommend that you get in touch with my guy Michael. Mike DePalma of DePalma Realty made selling my mother's house so easy. At times, events were uncertain and chaotic but he always remained cool and calm which helped me tremendously by reducing my stress level. My wife and I reached out to Mike the second it became clear we would be looking for a house in the southern parts of New Jersey. Mike has a been a longtime friend for years, so I knew what to expect: someone of great character, an intensely dedicated professional, and an overall caring person. We've always known Mike to be a sharp guy as well. It was no surprise how helpful he was in providing detailed explanations to our various questions and concerns. This was our first house, so there were a lot, and he patiently walked us through everything we needed to know so we weren't blindsided.
