Mike is a great real estate agent. He answered all my questions, and there were many. He always made sure I signed forms that needed to be signed in a timely fashion so I would not lose my property. He was in contact with the seller's real estate agent making sure they did what they needed to do. He even went the extra mile and got me a home warranty when there was none offered. He knew I was a first time homeowner so he took extra time and explained to me every step that was going to happen and when. If you are looking for any kind of property go with Mike. It had been a pleasure working with Micheal during this long house buying journey . He’s very responsive and prompt to respond back to my message and phone call whenever I need help or consult. At the beginning of our house hunting journey , my husband and I are very afraid because we don’t know what to expect since we are first-time buyers. There is so much work that goes into the home buying process, such as knowing when to make an good offer or an appraisal gap. I am glad that I found an agent who is sincere and kind to help and led me hand by hand during this long journey. If it is not for him , we weren’t be able to get a house that we love and within our BUDGET despite the fact that we have to pay a little extra money . After all , this is a seller’s market not a buyer, especially for Naperville that is growing so fast. With situations like this, I believe you have to find an agent that knows the market well and be able to make good judgements and suggestions. We are lucky to have Micheal who is honest and REALLY cares about his clients ( not the money ) to be my our side. During this entire period , me and my husband knows that we are 100% protected if something happens and we are still be able to get our earnest money back because we are in good hands with Micheal. Also, we are able to have the seller fix something for us that we found during the inspection period.

Now I have everything settled down , I am beyond grateful and can’t wait to decorate my dream house . I will definitely recommend Micheal to my friends and family in the future if they are going to buy a house.

Working with Michael has exceeded any of my expectations. He had just sold my mom’s house and we needed to find her a new place to live right away. He was willing to meet us late in the evening or any time that was convenient for us. He showed us many properties and always thought outside the box. After showing us mostly condos and realizing that was not the right fit for my mother, he started looking at one level townhomes. After finding the right townhome, he worked very hard to get us the price we were comfortable with. Michael DiGiovanni is a true Diamond in the rough. I don’t believe that anyone else could have been more passionate, patient, hard working, resourceful, expedient, knowledgeable, honest and transparent as Michael DiGiovanni showed us to be during our search for our forever home.
Michael was such a pleasant and professional realtor to work with who showed us at least 15 different properties, if not more, without any hassle until he helped us land on the beautiful home we chose to call our forever home out in the far north-west suburbs of Illinois.
As first time home buyers, we didn’t know much about anything about finding and buying a good home but Michael filled us with so much knowledge about the housing market that we where made home buying pros in no time at all and all thanks to him.
