Donna worked with my husband and I when we were looking to purchase our new home and helped us to find the PERFECT house for us! Not only that, advised us on our house and putting it on the market at the same time. I never would've thought the house buying and selling process could go smoothly but she made it so much easier. The pictures she took and the description she wrote for our home made us fall in love with it all over again and I know it made a huge difference in how quickly it sold. Donna is beyond personable and friendly, helping you with any questions you may have or whatever you may need, helping you get you house ready to put on the market (even helping you to clean up a bit! Haha) She also gave us a name of a mortgage broker that did an awesome job getting us through the closing. I will and have recommended her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a house.

When I decided that my family needed a little more elbow room, I started looking online myself and met Michael as the contact on the very first house I viewed. Michael and I just clicked after that first viewing and entered into a partnership shortly after. . . On the path to find the perfect house to accommodate my specific needs: main level owner’s suite, two bathrooms for my niece and sister upstairs, and a bedroom in the basement for my disabled sister. Needless to say we found that perfect house and secured the deal very quickly. Michael even worked very closely communicating back and forth with my lender and realtor on the sale of my current home at the time. He knew that the timing had to line up just perfectly . . . And it did ! My family and I are so grateful!

We had previously worked with 2 other realtors for the area and as someone who is passionate about real estate and knows how fast a home can go under contract in certain areas, I was not impressed. However, after calling Michael in 2018 to look at a foreclosure that we wanted to flip and how quickly he got us in, Michael is THE TOP realtor for us and now our GO TO person! He just closed our 3rd property with him this March 2022 and my dream home. He even came to the house to see if he could solve it. He has gone above and beyond to help me. I couldn’t ask for anything more. His company as well as him more than met my expectations.
