Buying a home as a single mom with one income felt as though it would be almost impossible.Thanks to a lot of guidance from Michael and perseverance what once seemed like only a dream has become reality. From our initial contact several years ago he advised me and pointed me in the direction of a broker that could help me get the process started. Once I was able to start looking at homes it was quite challenging finding homes that would fit into my budget. Michael was always ready to show me another place even after so many that just were not going to work for me. When I did find the one Michael made the buying process quick and smooth. I could not be happier with my experience working with Michael and his colleagues. I would 10/10 work with him again and would definitely recommend his services.

I'm sure Michael thought we were crazy when he received a phone call about a random piece of property. He took our call and told us he could be there in about seven minutes. He was true to his word. Although that piece of property didn't work out, it started our journey toward buying a piece of land we will eventually (fingers crossed) build on and retire to. We did our entire purchase remotely and he helped us with things that weren't in his job description, but he knew he could find the answers easier because he was local. The land came available on a Friday evening and he worked late that night to submit our offer and worked through the weekend to try tgo do everything he could. He even looked out for us while he was camping in Oregon as the property was closing. I can't say enough about how kind and patient he was. I almost wish we were buying a house instead of building one so we could use him again.

A good guy to have on your side!
Michael has been a friend for many years. When I took on my new business venture, he trusted and supported me while I built my business. Two years later he started his new business and came to me for business insurance. I was very excited for him, and now I was getting a chance to return the favor! I was just getting ready to sell my house.

Michael had experience and confidently took on selling my home. We ran into a few hiccups (due to the home), but he was quick to find solutions and help address anything that needed attention. He made everything go smoothly and we closed ahead of schedule. His knowledge and drive to keep things on track made this a very pleasurable experience. He is a GREAT guy to work with! Cheers!

Goes the extra mile. Likeable!
Michael has positive energy and is tenacious. He relates exceptionally well to the clients. With roots going back several generations, he knows the Olympic Peninsula area well, and has developed connections with various agencies involved in accomplishing real estate deals. He is able to get buyers to sellers very expediently. This ability is aided by his expertise in IT, communication technology. I really appreciated that he always responds promptly to calls and email. He was quite successful with my property.
