Mike represented me on the purchase of a new home. He was referred to me by a friend because I was unhappy with the agent I was using to sell my current home. Mike was great every step of the way. In a time where it was not quite a buyers market - low inventory, high prices, high interest rates - Mike was able to help me find a great house. It was also a bit of a challenging situation to juggle both the sale of one property and purchase of another, with two different real estate agencies, two different lenders, and two different title companies, but Mike handled everything extremely well and the whole process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Mike, and would use him again in the future.

This was our first time buying a home, and Mike made it a great experience. The housing market is not easy to navigate right now; however, Mike was patient and available to look at houses whenever we found one we wanted to see. He was also great at pointing noteworthy things (both good and bad) as we toured each house. Once we had an offer accepted, everything from that point was smooth sailing, as he helped us with each step through closing!

Mike was excellent from start to finish especially for us as first time home buyers. Right from the first meeting he was willing to walk us step by step through what the process would be, what we might expect, and give us tips on how to navigate the market. During showings he helped to point out things we may not have thought about yet while we got comfortable with walking properties. After looking at a few houses he helped guide us through crafting a competitive offer, pushed to get answers on where we stood until we got our offer accepted, and then continued to work tirelessly to get us any concessions he could during the inspection and appraisal steps.
