We have used Michael Falcone twice to sell family homes in Northern Virginia. Aspects of utilizing Michael was the knowledge of the market, his professionalism, ability to listen, and his communication skill set. I believe our selection of Michael as our realtor was based on his high energy attitude to insure that we were satisfied with his approach and methodology with concern to selling our properties. He did not disappoint.
Michael took the time to walk the properties and gain an insight of each of the properties, while providing us feedback on both positive, as well as assistance on possible recommendations; which we found extremely significant as we prepared our homes to be place on the market.

A positive aspect is that Michael was with us from receiving bid proposals to the signing of the contracts. I have given Michael permission to provide my cell phone number if you wish to speak with one of his clients personally.

Michael Falcone is highly proficient and has all the skills needed to be successful as a real estate broker. Examples include Michael's excellent communication skills (phone, SMS, email, in person): He listens, cares, goes the extra mile to ensure all stakeholders are informed. He speaks Russian and English, both without an accent! Michael cares about his clients and it shows this caring through in everything he does. He is also technically competent with detailed knowledge of the purchase/sale transaction; lending process; lender requirements; etc. Every buyer or seller that is serviced by Michael Falcone ought to thank Century 21 for attracting and retaining this extraordinary individual. Me too. Thank you Century 21 for supporting Michael and his career.

My wife and I highly recommend Michael Falcone as a realtor. Michael listened carefully to our needs which included an extremely short time frame to find housing in a very specific location. He sent a carefully curated list of suitable places and arranged visits. He walked us through the entire process and kept in constant contact. Every question we had was answered quickly and issues satisfied successfully.
I could not have asked for a better agent. He is the best.

Michael Falcone is a wonderful real estate agent to work with. I did not have a very strong renter’s application due to a lack of current pay stubs, but Michael was determined to find a place that matched my criteria, and on many occasions vouched for me and my application to listing agents. Michael is very thorough, checking rental properties for everything from the condition of appliances, quality window seals, and things that may cause a daily annoyance (like no range hood in a kitchen). He was quick to schedule tours, and always worked with my schedule so I was not inconvenienced. Without Michael’s help and expertise, finding a rental would have been extremely difficult. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to make the hunt for a home as simple as possible.

Michael is most committed and caring real estate agent.
Michael was the listing agent for one of the first rental properties I toured. I had such a positive impression, that I asked Michael to become my real estate agent while searching for a rental unit in Arlington. First impression was not off, Michael is an absolute joy to work with. He spent countess hours touring properties with me until I found exactly what I wanted, even accommodating me outside of my long works days. At every property he conducted a thorough inspection to ensure it matched the listing while looking for other practical living aspects (i.e.. Is the ac too loud, do the windows seal?) When I finally found a property I wanted, he worked through the night to get my application in, virtually guaranteeing me the first spot in line. I am so grateful. If he is this devoted for renters, I can only imagine how committed he is for house hunters.
