My Name is Michael Fanous and I was born and raised here in Michigan. I Have over 15 years experience as a property investor with a track record of success in purchasing, rehabbing, selling, and renting my own personal portfolio.

In my professional career before becoming a realtor I have over 10 years experience in the hospitality/tourism/and dive industries. From owning and operating my own restaurant and sports bar to living and working in the Cayman Islands as a bartender to working as a Divemaster in Thailand. After that I spent the last 6 years in the construction industry as a project manager specializing in investment properties, pre-purchase inspections, rehabs and flips, new construction, as well as custom kitchen and bath remodels. My personal experience and knowledge being a successful property investor and my experience in the construction and hospitality industry gives my clients an unmatched and fully transparent experience and care with years of knowledge and experience in residential housing and customer service.

I’ve traveled and lived across the world and I’m happy to call Grand Blanc my home to raise my two sons and our two dogs with my wonderful wife Jessica. In our off time you can find us outside enjoying everything the great state of Michigan has to offer whether it's just us or out with friends and family
