Mike and the entire Ponto team were amazing as they guided us through the purchase of our new home. Incredibly knowledgeable about the North County SD area with lived experience that allowed him to give us detailed, insider information about the various areas we were looking in. There was no pressure whatsoever from Mike to do anything we were not comfortable with - he seemed to genuinely wanted to get us into a home we were happy with. After our offer was accepted, Mike was fantastic in communicating any ?s we had to the seller and helping find contractors to do some work. A few times he even met them at the house for us when we were not able to make it. All in all a fantastic experience and I'm sure you will be similarly pleased if you use them.

Mike Farrell has helped sell 2 properties for me and has gone above and beyond on both occasions.
He his helpful, friendly and always quick to respond and make things happen.
My 1st property was listed by another for 12 months with little traffic. Mike took over and the property sold for asking price within 2 months. We received multiple offers on
property #2 and accepted and closed within 30 days for well well well over asking price.
I would highly recommend anyone to use Mike Farrell as their realtor. Be prepared to gain a wonderful friend afterwards. Seriously, Mike is the Man!!

Additionally, they took the time to hear exactly what I wanted and explained all of the confusing steps of the home buying processes clearly. Michael is by far, one of the best realtors I have ever worked with! This is my third purchase, and he made it flawless! A very professional individual, definitely made sure that the house I ended up purchasing was the house that I fell in love with and knew I could see myself living in for many years to come. Mike and Camila have guided us every step of the way through our first home purchase. It can be a hectic and crazy time for potential newbie homeowners, but they made everything smooth and really showed care throughout the process. From the start Mike knew what he was doing when we went into a multiple bidder situation with 5 other people wanting the same home. This knowledge came in handy when we put in our bid and it was accepted. Simply amazing. Mike was super awesome to work with! He was really responsive and listened to all of my questions and had knowledgable answers. He was accommodating and I never felt pushed into anything I didn't want to do. Selling my house of 27 years wasn't as overwhelming or hard as I thought it would be thanks to Mike. He was patient, kind, and receptive to my thoughts and gave honest opinions about things and invaluable guidance. I'd work with him again if I hadn't left the state! Highly recommend!

Mike helped so much with this crazy housing market. I didn’t make it easy on him either. We looked at so many houses that I wasn’t willing to make offers on and mike gladly showed them. He showed us off market houses and on market houses. Mike gave us all the tips and tricks to make sure our bid was the winning bid on our new home. Him and his team are so knowledgeable and helpful. It is a privilege to write this review for Michael. It is because of him that I was able to secure the perfect condo for my parents. Michael was instrumental in helping me make an early and compelling offer that was accepted by the seller in an extremely competitive market. I had been trying to purchase a condo in this development for the past 2 years and, thanks to Michael, was able to finally get it done. I am quite certain I would not have gotten this place without his help. Throughout the process, Michael was wonderful to work with. With utmost patience and kindness, he guided my elderly parents through the process of buying their retirement home in San Diego, which they did remotely from their home in Kentucky. My dad initially had some concerns about the safety of a wire transfer for the closing. Michael helped him to determine the safest way to proceed, which was a huge relief for my dad! Michael also convinced the sellers to make all repairs we requested, so the unit will be in turn-key condition by the time my parents move in. Overall, the experience could not have been better and I can recommend Michael as perhaps the best realtor I've ever worked. Most importantly, Michael is honest and genuine and always putting his clients' interests first.

Mike is an honest individual who will find you the right home. He is not aggressive( as many realtors are). He is easy to work with, always looking out for your best interests. He is prompt and gets back to you immediately with any questions you might have. Simply put, MIKE IS THE BEST.
