The entire experience of buying my amazing retirement condo with the help of Kim and Michael Fish was magical. Even before I had actually realized that I was in the market to buy something, Kim had found a place and thought it to be perfect for me. She was right! From the very beginning, she not only understood my unique prerequisites to home ownership, but she worked tirelessly with me to complete the buying process. Her interest in me as a person brought us together and her compassion to help others closed the deal. Kim gave me the feeling that I could trust her and Michael which made buying a place fun and memorable. Throughout the purchasing process, my text messages were returned immediately, promises were kept, and honest answers were given. I’m delighted in how smoothly we closed on the property and how satisfied I am with my purchase.

On the first day of showing our property, we received three offers and accepted one that was above our listing price in less than 24 hours from the time of listing. This is due to the highly motivated and effective real estate team of Michael and Kim Fish. From the very start, they were both very helpful and available. Kim was quick to respond with suggestions about sprucing up our home, giving us multiple references for carpet cleaning, painting, and repairs, all of whom were very skilled at their trade and returned all my texts/calls promptly. Kim even accompanied me to pick out accessories. Michael took amazing photos and video of our property, making our home look so warm and inviting. His calm and positive personality is most welcome during what can be an emotional time. They will walk you through every aspect of the buying and selling process with care and professionalism. That we got nearly 10% over asking is only part of the reason I recommend Michael and Kim so highly. Between them they have the perfect skills set: Michael is a professional photographer whose listing photos and video were superb. He also helped us through all the computer paperwork. Kim is an ace stager; she has a great eye and the knowledge of what buyers are looking for. She is super organized and kept us on track throughout the process. They know Maui, and directed us to the tradespeople we needed to get the condo in tip-top shape. They worked hard themselves helping us with donations and emptying the unit. Could not have asked for a better experience.
