We have worked with Michael Francy for three separate transactions: purchasing our first home, selling our first home, and purchasing our forever home.

Michael is everything we could ask for and more in a realtor. He’s an excellent communicator, flexible, he has a good sense of humor, he’s empathetic, and all around a good human being. He showed us patience and grace as we navigated being first time home buyers, answering all of our questions and always taking the time to ensure we understood the process and were confident in our decisions. When we were faced with a difficult situation with our financing/lender, he wasted no time in securing multiple solutions and advocating with us – it was clear that he had our backs. While we love our new home, we’re a bit sad that we won’t get to talk to Michael as frequently. I’ve recommended Michael to coworkers, family, and friends and will continue to do so because he is hands down the best of the best.

Michael Francy is an extraordinary realtor! He helped me buy my first place 3 years ago and was phenomenal then and still he still brought his phenomenal expertise when I decided to sell my place recently. I have worked with Mike on both selling abs buying occasions, there is truly not enough positive things that I could about Mike. One thing that sticks out about Mike is his honesty and integrity, his character speaks volumes & in a business world where you’re trying to get a deal done (which he excels at with ease) his character also shines through which is hard to find these days! I guess what I’m trying to say is yes he’s business oriented and can seal the deal but he also doesn’t make you feel like you’re being scammed! Throughout both processes he goes above abs beyond to meet your needs, whether that’s calling him in the middle of the night to say life has happened and revamping what you set out to do or etc., he keeps you in the loop, pushes for the best, and does not settle for anything but the best! He also gives sound advice and steers you in the direction that is financially responsible. Mike is trustworthy, loyal, dependable and all around someone I have enjoyed doing business with.

Just as a little insight, when selling my place recently I face a significant life event that could derail anyone, Mike was not only our realtor but there for us throughout this life event. He was willing and to do whatever we felt was best, and did just that! As I still wanted to pursue selling and moving I had to take a step back & he willingly stepped up in all areas that I could not.

His meticulous drive to do his best with maintaining his character with integrity is what sets him apart from others! If you’re looking for someone who exceeds all checked boxes Mike is the person who does just that!

Mike is THE BEST! We have used Mike to buy and sell our homes twice now (three transactions) over the years, and we will certainly use him again should the need arise. On multiple occasions Mike saved us from potentially overpaying for a house, gave us straightforward and honest advice, when we asked for his opinions he did not beat around the bush, and he fought for us like crazy in negotiations. We truly felt like he had our best interests at heart at every step of the way. We had him when he worked for Huff Realty and I know we also worked with Tyler Minges from Huff Realty as well but I have to say out of both of them Michael what is the best choice due to his professionalism and his caring about our needs and not just there to make a sale and be done with you. Michael was absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped us find our home when we moved from Colorado to Ohio and then helped us sell that home when we moved from Ohio to Texas. He was so knowledgeable and responsive during the home buying process. We were looking for a home with a bit of land and had quite a few asks. Michael was so great at finding exactly what we wanted and was so quick to get us in to tour these homes. After we found the home and went under contract, he coordinated everything so perfectly and was able to get all of our concerns and questions answered quickly and thoroughly. Even after close, he continued to check in to make sure that we were enjoying our home and that there were no issues.
Fast-forward a few years later, we moved from Ohio to Texas when we were in the middle of a remodel of our home. Michael was so gracious to work with us on getting the house listed as quickly as possible, but with the added caviat of the remodel. Whenever we had a question, we knew we would get a response from him promptly. It took so much of the stress off of our shoulders.
We ended up moving the same day that our home was listed. We recevied a call from Michael the next day stating that a realtor reported that one of our french doors leading outside was open when they arrived and the floor was wet due to a storm. This door had a particularly tricky locking mechanism and the realtor could not get the door to close. We did not know anyone in the area, so were at a loss on how to handle the issue. Michael drove to our home, located quite a ways away from his location, on a Saturday and spent the entire afternoon getting the door secured and getting the floor dried. We are forever grateful to Michael for this.
Michael was so knowledgeable regarding the entire process of selling our home and we were very happy with the end result.
I asked Michael if it is possible for him to obtain a relators license in Texas, (he thinks I was joking, I was not.) as I can't imagine a better overall experience. He will not be moving to Texas, but did end up finding us a great local realtor (:
We would definitely recommend Michael for both purchasing and selling a home!

Not only did he find multiple properties on a daily basis, but he was always a text, phone call, email away.
