Mike is truly one of the most knowledgeable and persevering individuals that I have come across. When buying a home, you are instilling a high level of trust on someone that not only will help purchase, arguably one of the most expensive assets in your lifetime but also prevent you from making a substantial mistake that could have consequential financial outcomes. He always puts the needs of the client above his own interests, that can’t be said for his competition nor are they able to emulate his work ethic. He makes the buying process extremely easy, given the connections that he has made with lenders, home inspectors, & title companies. This has led him to have one of the BEST real estate teams in the state of Maryland given how he has a vertically integrated business. This makes Michael a one stop shop hence, why I have bought and sold MANY homes with Michael, and every single transaction has been a breeze which is why I continue to work him. We were blown away from Day One at how much knowledge Mike and his team have about the entire home buying process--if it's your first time you really want their team on your side.
