Michael Gage Professional Bio
Michael Gage is a 14-year commercial real estate veteran who specializes in commercial sales and leasing in multiple property types.
Michael is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. Michael also played high school and collegiate baseball which he believes instilled in him the self-discipline and strong work ethic which he incorporates into his real estate career.
Prior to joining Zann Commercial Brokerage, Inc., Michael worked 9 years with a very well-known brokerage out of Pearland, Ardent Hardcastle Real Estate, where he was mentored by well seasoned brokers that had over 75 years of combined experience. Michael also comes from a family of business owners and leaders and has been blessed to be surrounded by so much wisdom.
Over the years Michael has worked with many small and large companies, both locally and nationally based in successful transactions involving owner/user improved properties, extensive experience in retail and office lease space, investment properties, new ground-up development, industrial leasing and sales, and land sales.
Michael resides in Pearland, TX, with his amazing wife and son, Vanessa and Lincoln, near his hometown of Friendswood, TX. He is very involved in his community church and his faith is very important to him. He is also an avid deer hunter and enjoys the outdoors.
