Michael Gary

2022 is Mike's 39th year serving his client's real estate needs. Thirty-seven of those years have been as a broker – only 2% of the Realtors across the country are licensed brokers.

Over the years he has assisted buyers and sellers in all facets of the real estate business. From luxury homes to townhouses, from lots to dairy farms, from office condominiums to commercial shopping centers, his experience is multi-dimensional. In fact, Mike's sales have exceeded over 792 million dollars throughout his career. "Buying or selling a property is usually the largest investment someone will make in their life. Mike attended Mount Saint Joseph High School in Baltimore and Frostburg State University in western Maryland and resides in Woodbine in Western Howard County with his wife, Kelly and their golden retriever, Finnegan. Kelly & Mike have two adult sons.

Mike started Mohler and Gary Realtors with Jeff because he felt that the real estate business had lost its sense of personal service with the trend toward the big "multiple agent team" and corporate conglomerates. His goal is to revive state-of-the-art personal service to guarantee client satisfaction for all.
