Michael George

Michael holds both Virginia Real Estate and General Contractor’s licenses, bringing to CHP in-depth experience in residential construction, design, specification, and realty services. In his role as Project Manager, he oversees all single-family new construction and rehab projects from acquisition through closing. Michael additionally serves as Principal Broker for CHP Realty, with over 17 years of experience as a REALTOR representing buyers, sellers, builders, and investors. He enjoys working directly with all our Homeownership customers in their search for a new home!
Michael grew up in the NRV and graduated from Virginia Tech with a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Policy and Planning.
