Michael Giannone

With over $100M+ of transactions in the last five years, Michael Giannone has developed a strong reputation in the industry. Featured in Top 100 Real Estate Magazine, Michael’s negotiating skills, strategic planning, and commitment to the highest level of customer service have garnered him a loyal residential and commercial clientele.

Michael holds a double degree in finance and marketing with a minor in real estate from the University of New Hampshire where he studied at the Peter T. Paul School of Business and Economics. He previously worked at The Dartmouth Company, an upscale real estate firm located in Boston where he worked with brokers on property transactions and focused on market analysis and marketing techniques.

When Michael is not assisting clients you’ll find him outside, fishing, golfing, and enjoying all that Northern New England and the Seacoast have to offer.
