My husband and I want to thank Michele Gonnelli and staff for the selling of our home. This was my childhood home owned by my mother and father of 55 years. This was a very hard decision to make, but with the help and dedication of Michele and his assistant PRAN which always took all our calls no matter what time or day. The Gonnelli group is a class act organization in every way. They helped with every detail of the home sale process, walking us through any challenges that came up with a deep understanding of the local market and a large list of local contacts to help through the details. The responsiveness was amazing! For every question, we received a response almost immediately. For this particular home sale, we had already moved from the area and the Gonnelli team went above and beyond in helping coordinate inspections and contractors. As we were remote, without this level of service, expertise and professionalism, the process would have been far more challenging.

You better be prepared to move when you hire Michael and his team. They get results fast. A lot of volume (both sellers and buyers) go through this office which is a great thing. Volume of customers is perfect for anyone that is looking to sell at a great price. He also represents the buy side very well and is a solid negotiator. You’ll have many choices working through this office, but even if you see a property elsewhere that you like and want someone in your corner.... call Mike! You will enjoy a very professional level of service. This group is very well liked within the community, I always hear about or see Michael and his team doing charitable work across North Jersey. His father is a great person too who also happens to be the Mayor of Secaucus. A lot of people lean on Michael and his team for their real estate needs and I’m glad we did too.

Not only did he answer each and every one of our dozens of questions, but he took his time to explain and educate me throughout the process whether in person, on the phone, or responding to emails (promptly). Not once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable. He's even taken the time to hear my questions on matters beyond our transaction in regards to possible investment property and distressed opportunities.
