About Michael

Michael Graff is a native-born Floridian and has a unique understanding of our area. He was raised in Englewood and has lived in the cities of Venice, Sarasota, and North Port. Michael attended Epiphany Catholic School in Venice and graduated from Cardinal Mooney High School in Sarasota.

His ties to the different communities run deep, from his family owning the former Whiskey Corner/Woods Lounge and Lemon Bay Heating & Cooling in Englewood to his father managing 3 well known building supply companies in the area. While living in Venice and Sarasota, Michael worked for popular area companies such as PGT, Sound Advice, AT&T, and Verizon. He has either managed or owned 3 local businesses focused on the housing/real estate industry in Venice and North Port during his years living in our amazing area.

Michael now resides in North Port and has raised his family there for the last 21 years. His real estate career began in North Port as well when he was the Sales Representative for the North Port location of a former residential home builder and obtained his mortgage broker's license to open their in-house mortgage company where Michael was a managing partner. Michael knows and loves this area. He enjoys helping people navigate our ever-complex world and does so with an efficiency that everyone can appreciate. This is especially true in our time of Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, iPhones, Androids, etc. These are all items for which Michael is proficient and many more. He will utilize these tools as well as many more to assist his clients with a world class experience that's both high energy and efficient.
