Michael came out to our farm to talk to us about listing our house and property. He was very knowledgeable and had a great understanding and respect for the 200+ year old house, not suggesting to instal new windows and update everything but to keep it as it was. We were very impressed by that. Covid put a wrench in things and we decided to hold off on selling for now but if we ever do list we will be using Michael for sure.
