My situation, I think like most of us, was unique in many ways. Why I was selling, what I thought the market for the house was or the value, prepping the house on a very limited schedule, my own difficulties in working through the endless paperwork and hurdles. Micheal was there every step up the way. Listening to my goals. Listening to my concerns. Never pressing his experience on me, sharing when asked but letting me make the decision in a timeframe I was comfortable with. He was at the house helping me prep it. He was at the house going thru each step of paperwork. He was on point right to me receiving payment or wire transfer and I mean that literally.
