My husband and I have worked with Mike to sell two homes and purchase one home, and every experience was exceptional. Mike knows the market and listened to all our wants and needs. He was able to explain how we should price both of our homes competitively, which led to both homes selling extremely fast. This has been long time due! We worked with Mike last year and this year as well. Last year we wanted to buy a house and had zero idea on how to go about it. We weren't even sure if we will buy one. So somehow we found this magic lamp and from that we got a really awesome genie called Mike :D

Mike was wonderful to work with from the start, right from looking at what suited us, finding houses, booking them for showing, and we saw a lot (but he was always ready with a smile and wearing his cap!) being honest with us to the point that discussions with him felt more like family. In that super tight market last year, just because of Mike's advise, our bids were accepted at multiple places. He never ever pushed us to do anything but laid out the best plans to move forward. It all worked so well and we finally got a new home :)

This year, Mike did the same magic helping us sell our old house. He pretty much knows and does everything down to a T. Be it getting the house ready, making it look great, listing it, getting professional pictures taken, descriptions, planning showings and all that paperwork and everything. My dad owned that house and he just had so much trust on him. I dont know what magic wand he has but our house was sold even before the first showing! Thats a fact.

To add to it, Mike has a wonderful team working behind him. Every move is well synchronized and yet very human and personal. Apologies for this long essay but I hope it helps others who were as clueless as we were when we went on this adventure last year. So dont wait, you Better Call Mike :D

My husband and I found Mike just by chance through the Zillow app and man are we glad we did!! We feel so thankful to have a realtor we wholeheartedly trust and have 100% confidence that he is doing absolutely everything in his power to get us the house of our dreams on a budget we are comfortable with. Mike is so patient and thoroughly explains things to us in a way we can understand since we are new to this whole process. I work with Mike on many of his closings transactions. As a title closer, I interact with hundreds of Realtors each year. One thing that I can say about Mike that can’t be said for everyone is that he is a straight shooter. He sees the value in being transparent and direct. Not every transaction is an easy one - that’s just the nature of the industry. However, with Mike working on your behalf you can be sure that he is on top any situation that may come up.
