It’s very rare nowadays to find a realtor with good old fashion values. I can’t say enough about Michael Hammond from Keller Williams. He was amazing every step of the way! It had been many, many years since I had been involved with real estate transactions so I was very ignorant to the new rules and regulations of the process and also of the township. Michael and Joanne came in and took over giving me instructions on how to handle issues, when and where to go. They took a stressful situation and made it almost effortless. Everyone should be going Hamm! Michael was a dream to work with! He sold my 1 bedroom condo within a 2 week period! He usually deals with larger sales, so it was nice to see him give the same amount of attention to all the little details for my small little condo! He knows what to do to help make the sale go through quick and easy. His team was a dream as well! They handled everything so easily and smoothly and answered any questions I had in a timely manner.
