Michael is a highly regarded real estate brokerage leader, educator and consultant based out of the internationally acclaimed luxury mountain resort destination of Park City/Deer Valley, Utah. Michael, in addition to his reputation as a long time area real estate sales expert, has held leadership positions in multiple brokerages including his role as Senior Vice President and Principal Broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices | Utah Properties for which he was responsible for all licensed real estate activity throughout the State of Utah for 450+ agents and brokers producing approximately $2.2 Billion (4,000 sales) in annual real estate transactions. He contributes to the industry on local, state and national levels.
For many years, Michael has worked with the Utah Real Estate Commission, Office of the Attorney General, the Utah Association of Realtors Contract Forms Committee (past Chair) and the Park City Board of Realtors Contract Forms Committee (current Chair) in drafting all of the nearly 115 real estate forms used on a daily basis statewide in Utah.
Michael is licensed by the Utah Division of Real Estate as a continuing education instructor for real estate agents & brokers and has authored over 20 classes focusing on real estate purchase contracts and agency agreements.
He also consults with independent brokerages, local and regional law firms providing pre-trial and expert witness services for litigation involving buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.
Raised in Hawaii, he moved to Park City and found paradise. He and his beautiful wife Lisa have raised 3 outstanding human beings and some pretty cool dogs.
When not working he can be seen enjoying the multitude of winter recreation possibilities in Park City and in the "best summer in the US" seen hiking or trail running on the 400+ miles of Park City area trails.
