08/31/2012 - Sold a home in 2012 in South Central, NV 89511. As an out of market buyer and seller, I have to absolutely rely on my real estate agent to take care of my interests. My acquisition and listing with Mike Heraty at The Source for Pagosa Real Estate was exemplary. His staff was consistently there to address any concern I had and I could not thank them enough for all there help.

08/31/2012 - Sold a home in 2011 in Dyke, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147. Mike has characterized us in multiple commercial and residential real estate deals over the last several years; both as buyers and sellers. in each instance Mike has done a excellent job while remaining professional, polite and responsive. His awareness of local politics, land use and procedures is outstanding. we have used other realtors in the area in the past and none come close. Mike is also the most high end in the area when it comes to commercial real estate transactions and has a proven ability to put together complex, multi-party deals.

05/07/2015 - Bought a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $100K in Pagosa Springs, CO. I cannot suggest Mike and his wonderful staff highly enough. He knew precisely what I was looking for, showed me several options and hit the mark. We had a couple of hick ups before closing which were handled quickly and professionally by he and his staff. As an out-of-state, first-time home buyer, I needed to be walked through the process. All of my questions were answered immediately and thoroughly. During the entire process, I was apprised of exactly what was happening; when, why and what to expect. I had originally reached out to a different agent who did not return my call. I called Mike and had a response within a half hour. Again, I cannot state strongly enough what an exceptionally positive experience this was and how thankful I am for the excellent service.
