Michael Hermance, as Atlanta Select Properties’ Sales Specialist, is adept at finding a buyer’s special dream home. His time is solely dedicated to buyers, which allows him to stay clued in on available homes and neighborhood trends. Michael grew up in the High Point (Chastain) area and ran track for the University of Georgia. Michael now lives in Roswell and enjoys spending time with family and friends. He can be found
cheering on the Braves, Falcons, Hawks, Atlanta United and the Bulldogs; on those warm weather days, he and his wife Ashley enjoy taking their labradoodles to the dog parks.
