My full time real estate career began in April of 2004 here in Florida.
My service area includes Sarasota,Manatee, and portions of Charlotte county.

I was born and raised in a small town in Illinois (Arthur) and moved to Sarasota area in 1986.When I moved to Florida I started and
operated a commercial/residential landscaping business. I sold it in 2003 and began my real estate career the next year.

I started out doing a lot of commercial/residential sales but have primarily now focused on residential.I love working with people. There is no better satisfaction than guiding my clients, eliminating worry and confusion, and finding that perfect place called home. My knowledge of local neighborhoods and ability to listen, has allowed me to be voted 5 Star Recipient in customer satisfaction for past 6 years according to Sarasota magazine.
